NUFC, Northumberland, dogs, science.
That one game against ManU at SJP, where it all clicked. ASM finally understood Howe, pressed and dribbled, he was unplayable that day. If he had kept that up he would have been a cracking player.

Probably right, because Howe will turn things around, just depends when and how successfully. The games are relentless pre Xmas.

I've no idea. My limited understanding is that if the player is fit the club can't stop him. I know what I'd like to happen.

Afcon starts just after the Chelsea game. Hopefully Wissa realises that he has to hit the ground running once he's in the side.

The run to 20th Dec is horrific. If he survives that run, he'll be here a while.

I would kill for the amazing noise of his first season here, SJP lived up to the reputation that year. They've been honking at home too, it just gives them a little edge.

I found it interesting that they run more in away games than in home. So it's not lack of effort. A couple of players miles below their best (Joe and Botman), static fullbacks, wingers not good enough to compensate. But I'm surprised Howe's let this happen - seems unlikely he's "elite".

Also delighted that Danny goes level with Bez in CL goals. Newcastle left backs love the competition. #nufc

Can't keep trotting out "what is a club in any case" when they don't show appropriate respect to one of our own. #nufc

Agree 100%. He speaks very well, mature, but his play has been off for ages. Whatever his true motivation, world cup or a move to the other scousers, he has to come in and lead the attack (ideally from the LW).

Yeah that was a howler, steam rollered. Isak was a good player for Newcastle, but no one can pretend the supporting attacking players have turned up. Gordon and Elanga have a lot to prove, Gordon in particular should be the stand out star in the next phase of the team.

Even before the last minute strikers came in, I never bought this idea that we would have won at Villa and Leeds with Isak. He turned in plenty stinkers in his time, and surely this team depends on its wide forwards for goals. Only Murphy has turned up, and even he has been hit and miss.

Thought he had a few decent layoffs to be honest. He's not a target man and the wingers for NUFC have been piss poor this season, barring a couple of decent crosses by Murphy.

Not brief enough.

Mint wasn't it, he was really enjoying himself!

Fairly platitudinous way of paraphrasing "his audience were dickheads".
