Slowly refactoring this graphics code so it's contained within a single struct, so I don't have hardcoded cga stuff in the main engine code. I really got to rename some of this stuff. What was I thinking? Sprites AND Tile Sprites?

I've had good luck with exporting pixel images at a way higher resolution, so that the compression only exists within individual pixels. 8x8 pixels should stop even jpg compression, but I'm not sure, so here's something to test that theory.
