I mostly post pictures of my dog.
@hankgreen.bsky.social What's the oldest thing in the human body, evolutionarily speaking?

Of course if it's the oldest it's probably not specific to humans, I guess I could have instead wrote "land fish" or even "fish" and gotten the same answer.

Milton loves Monty. Eloise loves Milton.

Someone once got mad at me in my replies for letting Eloise get too close to a deer. That person clearly never been anywhere near a deer. They go where they like.

My payment is one kilo of kitten. Not responsible for injury caused by her teeny tiny teefs.

Vicious attack on tech infrastructure leaves residents stunned.

(Actually we don't use that I'm not even sure what it is.)

@thoc.bsky.social Sorry if this is rude, but can I ask where you got your dragon from and how much he was? My brother's game shop sells these and I'm curious what the market is like.

The trick to weighing kittens is to get them in the right mood. If they're calm and curious they'll happily sit (or stand) on the scale while they investigate.

Eloise is not sure about this whole kitten thing.

I took the mat away for science. Within a minute, the little rascal was out again. Her brother tried to follow but he's too big.

The block is back in place. She is not happy about it.

It turns out the tiny "scared" kitty can squeeze under the door.

There's a large gap, but we didn't think it was that large. The first time we weren't even sure what happened; maybe she slipped out when we were leaving? But then she did it again. She knows there's a dog out here! She doesn't care.

Foster kittens!

These cuties were being fostered in western NC, and then there was a spot of trouble, and then a bunch of nice people spent a bunch of effort to get them somewhere else, and now they're here. So basically I'm the guy who swoops in at the end to take credit for everyone else's work.

Someone decided it would be great fun to do a full body dive into a giant muddy puddle.

Later, that same someone was a pitiful whiny baby when she had to be rinsed off with the hose.

When we adopted Eloise, her foster family said they had been training her to stay off the furniture. It did not take us long to fix this.

Why is Eloise hiding behind someone? She's scared of this tiny kitten.

This fledgeling couldn't fly and was quickly caught by Eloise. Luckily she responded immediately to "NO DROP IT". It seemed to be unharmed, if probably a bit traumatized.

Eloise is on guard. No squirrels allowed in her domain.
