Have been missing home something terrible this week, and finding solace in the beautiful poetry in this book by the talented @majda.bsky.social who writes so beautifully about place and displacement.

On this freezing day I was cheered by @rpmirabella.bsky.social’s yellow sweater and inspired to wear mine (though my mother says I shouldn’t wear yellow). Also my library of congress book scarf that was a hit at AWP 😊

Every time any mail unexpectedly includes stickers—whether from a lit mag or some trinket I’ve purchased—I am filled with gleeful excitement.
