That turned it from "fun Lightblade runs" to "mentally checked out while plinking enemies from 2000 meters away" very quickly. Scout rifles are not fun weapons, and using one is an exercise in not dying of boredom.
The rest of the modifiers, I don't mind overmuch. Or at all, really.

After wiping in two matchmade nightfalls in the boss room, I just swapped to a shoot to loot scout rifle and just started shooting every single ammo brick from a distance because I was so sick of dying.
