Like, try and teach these concepts to OCIA inquirers in Alabama, and watch people never come back.
I'll still use Mediatrix (and I don't take the document as saying it's bad, only possibly misleading), but as I always have, I'll throw in some caveats to help people understand.

Don't over examine this. I don't know that it's a great analogy for anything in particular, but it feels correct and kind of funny
