As with anything Trump says, you have to know that groups/lists/individuals like this accuse others of what they do themselves in order to promote themselves. they feed off the popularity of others to create false fears.

There is an easy server-side setting to eliminate all but the intentionally aggressive reply-all messages. Worked for our campus.
