#ThePitt season ender is everything you want from a TV show. Most shows feel the need to set up the next season. The Pitt allowed us to enjoy being with the characters as they wound down from a very long day. It will be interesting to see how each them changes when the show returns.

The sheer professionalism shown on episode 12 of #thepitt tonight was eerily calming compared to previous eps. Watching the cavalry arrive and everyone come together in a crisis was satisfying considering the torn state of our world. I wonder if we’ve seen the shooter but it isn’t who we expect.

I was not expecting to see #TheCrown on #ThePitt. Episode 11 was tense throughout as they’ve trained us to expect the unexpected. I expected it to zig but the end of the show’s 2nd act gave us the zag I think we all expected.

#thepitt Santo's has been unlikeable and now we know why -- the writers wanted viewers to jump to conclusions when she investigated. This week reminded me of: people.com/patients-tor.... People who excuse the behavior because they like the character are wrong. No excuse for causing a patient pain.

The disappearance of a certain unsavory character and their reappearance in Episode 9 made it obvious what was about to happen but that didn't made it any less fun to watch. Not talking about the actual end but the scene before. Crosby is a good boy. #ThePitt

Dammit #thepitt. I was looking for a distraction tonight and you hit me with a sledgehammer. Great episode but it didn't make me feel better. The hour-by-hour format has changed everything. It's probably recency bias, but if this continues, The Pitt might be the best medical show ever made.

I wasn't sure the hour by hour thing was going to work for The Pitt but it is a game changer. We've got a lot of good shows in the streaming era but we've lost something in the transition from broadcast and The Pitt has it. A must watch show with a constant barrage of interesting stories. #thepitt

My god Espn, that was pathetic. This is the college football championship game. I don't need politics intruding in my sports. If Trump can't stay on message, don't show it. Totally embarrassing.

One of the best features of Bluesky is the ability to use keywords to ignore posts. I've ignored both 'Trump' and 'MAGA' and it's made my interactions here a much more pleasant experience. This should be a mandatory feature for all social media.

The first two episodes of #SkeletonCrew set up the world nicely and now with the third episode it's starting to cook. Very fun show tonight and it gave me a new favorite character. I'm looking forward to seeing where it goes from here.

It drives me crazy the obsession some on this site have with Elon. I came here to get away from the insanity. A post about SpaceX or Tesla news is fine but anyone who makes a habit of crossposting Elon's shitposts is not a person worth following. You are part of the problem.

I think Bluesky is the one but it's important to remember mistakes of the past. Owners - don't betray our trust or we will leave you too. Media - Think long term and control your route to market. Users - Twitter exposed the worst in all of us - be kind, try to listen, & make good use of block button
