The character was large than life, a superhero and did more for the business than almost anyone ever. The man was problematic as hell.

Sometimes he’s Bucky in the marketing, sometimes he’s The Winter Soldier. I still think he should be Nomad.
I also think he has one of the top 3 character arcs in the MCU and I hope they don’t mess that up.

My 10 year old is an avid Minecraft player, had never been to the movies and absolutely loved it, knowing full-well it was dumb and fun. That's the audience.

This is a perfect encapsulation of what is wrong with media discourse - specifically surrounding big franchises like Marvel, Star Wars and DC. Sites like Cosmic Book News are just hate-filled, rage and click-baiting nonsense that make money off of hate and media illiteracy.
