If we are going to allow cars on Snelling and Como during the state fair, my proposal is that we equipment these snowplows on the front of buses so it doesn't take the bus 20 minutes to move a mile.

While I'm somewhat in favor of traffic cameras for speed enforcement, a system of speed cameras is not entirely race-blind like their proponents suggest.

Unsafe streets that encourage speeding are most often placed in neighborhoods with lower incomes.
