This morning I presented results of the STRATIFY multi-centre trial of staging thoracoscopy for minimal pleural effusion in lung cancer. The prevalence of occult pleural mets was only 14%, thoracoscopy was safe & altered treatment plans. Paper coming soon! #BTSWinter2024

Day 2 of #WinterBTS2024 started with a sunny walk in followed by presentation of STRATIFY results (pleural staging of Mini-PE). Next up is #mesothelioma presentation at Plenary Scientific Symposium 😬
