If you haven't used Duckduckgo (or haven't used it in a while) why not give it a shot (or another one)? I'm not sure what extent I'd attribute it Google getting worse or DDG getting better but... it's better!

I think what's especially sad about the Eaton fire is that so many of the people I knew in Altadena were first time homeowners who hadn't even been in their house a decade. One family I knew hadn't even been there a year. I don't know how you rebuild from that.
