We did try eluting isolated polyclonal IgG4 from the capture resins (ie depletion experiments), but recovery efficiency wasn't ideal

We need lots of starting sample to do meaningful experiments, and it would be unclear if IgG4 still stuck on the resin would bias subsequent interpretations
