the best correlation i can seem to find is the town of Olésnica (northeast of Breslau) which, in German, seemed to go by both Oels, and Öls - both very similar to “Ölse”. its coat of arms isn’t a 100% match but is basically just more embellished than what’s shown en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ole%C5%...
