I think the wrong questions r being asked about the proposed tariffs. The real question Is how little will he accept from Mexico , Canada and China in order to be able to say the threat of tariffs worked ?

Amen to that one! Our insurance-managed healthcare system makes a lie every day of the contention that privatization is always better than non-profit, publicly managed enterprises. Thirty+ working models worldwide do the same. But don't expect any movement in that direction anytime soon.
