I paint quite a few signs for museums, often Victorian or Edwardian repo’s. This one is straight out of the 1960’s - I love the turquoise/white combo.

That’s the sign writing on NB Idle Hour done. Green on green was a bold choice by the customer, but I kinda like it.

It’s colour swatch time, using @ashandover enamels. I wouldn’t normally go for green on green, but the customer wants the original artists colour palette.

Did I post this already? If not, here’s something a bit different. Water cans usually feature roses and castle scenes. The one I’ve painted for NB Victory has a Hawker Hurricane and a Spitfire. It’s GORGEOUS

I’ve hand painted nearly 300 chuffin glass baubles. I’m now 99% Grinch, and can only be saved with mulled wine.
