I've lived in Chicago when it was under "occupation" by the government. It was completely unnecessary, but the businesses in Chicago were afraid of looting.
Looting is a symptom of lack of justice, when you can't get it any other way. Just shows how much power fails the people.

Jon and I must have tried about 60 times to pass The Hillside Cave Secret in Super Mario Sunshine. We are both over 30 and have thousands of hours in Mario games and we cannot do it.
