3 weeks ago I’d never been able to see a #chiffchaff (only heard them, you can’t miss their song in Spring). Now whenever I take my camera out on my daily #mentalhealthwalk they flock to branches I can see them on 🤣😂

Exciting news from online publication Northern Gravy. They are publishing physical books that are available for pre order (I have poems in Poetry & KidLit). There are some amazing pieces of creative writing in there, including some of my favourite current poets.

This just makes me believe there’s more good is the world than bad. A special tree for many and from that abhorrent destruction of its life we have many more lives for generations to behold. And the humans who will one day encounter a Sycamore Gap tree are yet to even be thought about ❤️🥰.
Over a year since its illegal felling, we're making sure the legacy of the Sycamore Gap tree lives on 🌳
When the Sycamore Gap tree was felled last September, we recovered 49 saplings from its roots as part of our 'Trees of Hope' initiative - one to represent each foot in height of the tree.
