But this judge needs a clue

A child molester is NOT fit for the Police force and his desire to be a cop should not have excused him from punishment

Feels like a good way to degrade trust in a vital comms tool 🫠

I'm not in favour of that, makes us no better than the right. What we need to do, more importantly what the media needs to do is starve them of oxygen as credible commentators & be 1000x more critical of their agenda & words.

A far better term than “pregnant people” in information meant for patients themselves is to opt for a direct, inclusive address. E.g:

“If you’re pregnant, you’re eligible for a free flu vaccine”.

This is technically compliant, more accessible, personal and far warmer than “pregnant people”.

I wish there was a way to get a digestible breakdown of these alternative paths that got taken off the table. I miss newsrooms that employed more than 2 journalists at a time.

I thought this when I read it too. Would’ve been so great if she’d said she’d publicly shout out any brand who sends aid instead of sending her clothes or something. Everyone wins that way.
