Tried Blender, Sprytile, Hammer, Unreal Primitives.. Trenchbroom won for me.
If only it was quick to import into Unreal... even with HammUEr iteration is a pain.

A ton of graphical options (reduced flicker)
Trigger reduction (removing some "intense" scripted sequences, reduced blood)
Difficulty options to reduce enemies and focus on exploration.
And they're all mix-n-match too!

Once Thwimbly is done I want to see if Picotron is closer to what I'm looking for in a hyperpowered fantasy console

I landed on the other side of the fence because the way Thwimbly stores its levels limits me to 28 levels max, and I was concerned about people beating the game and refunding. I think that's less of a problem for Emuurom

I forked TIC to add extra banks for Thwimbly, so that's an option for extra code space if you want it. I understand if you want to keep the purist approach though :)
