I was asked if I had Hauoi and I was like no, but I know a trail and they were like oh perfect, can you pick a plant or 2 to transplant here and like, I don’t have a cultural practitioner‘s permit lol I’ll grab you some branches?!? You expect me to walk out the trail with a whole plant? 😭

Everyone’s so concerned ab chronic absenteeism but I honestly don’t really care. I’d rather kids stay home when sick or overwhelmed and school is such shit anyways, I literally think it’s maybe more detrimental than beneficial for them to go

My students LOVED my genAI lesson, I was kinda shocked. Then they asked if I could be their history teacher, too. I’m like, we can learn history in science, they are not mutually exclusive

Maybe I'm too burnt out but I no longer care about my daughter getting to school on time. It's not developmentally appropriate for kids to get up this early and I don't feel like fighting her body's natural rhythm/needs.
