Had a call scheduled for 6:45 with a potential #fitness #coach (3 reminders confirmed the time).
They called at 6:38, left a VM, and when I returned the call within 2 minutes, I was told it had to be rescheduled.
Calling early isn’t my fault.

It is actually so baffling to me how some people will completely sabotage their relationships with loved ones and watch that connection rot just because they can’t be grown ass adults and have a tough conversation. It’s so sad to watch.

I don't even want to look at my monthly average of my #stepcount as I know it's going to be awful for this month. I was averaging over 10k steps a day but after #surgery last month I have been letting my leg/foot feal but finally getting into my normal groove.

Ugh. My foot has been killing me lately.
Just feels like an ice-pick keeps stabbing it and ibuprofen and gabapentin is barely helping. I may have to go to the next level of pain meds.
I've just been told this cold last another 3 months. :(

Not quite where I want to be at 6,400 steps, but every day I’m getting closer to my 10k+ groove again. Healing takes patience, but I’m showing up, moving forward, and trusting the process—ice-pick foot and all.
