This was my first SHA conference. It was incredible. St. Pete Beach was wonderful. The Conference was spectacular. I learned so much, met some wonderful people, and heard some wonderful talks. My panel and the audience were great. I return home feeling inspired. Looking forward to the next SHA.

Confession time: I've seen these Selena Gomez Oreo cookies on grocery store shelves for months and just thought they were regular Oreos with a Beats design on them. I took a closer look and realized that they have a hint of cinnamon? These may be the best Oreo cookies. My apologies to Selena Gomez

A year ago, I saw a FB post about a tiny kitten who was found in someone's yard near its deceased mom. The finder couldn't keep him and animal services said to leave him. I knew he wouldn't live long on his own so I said I'd foster him and then just kept him. He's a Sour Patch Kid but I love him.
