Isn't it more likely to become a casino, with a gift shop and a Trump Tribute Museum. Maybe a throne room with a payola depositary (Pardons -- 40% off until Sunday only), along side a crypto ATM room.

I've been an airplane guy forever. I had a long career in aviation as pilot, engineer and bureaucrat. I always saw cars as a necessity, had no love or interest in them, but just as one transportation choice out of many. Too bad that many good choices are unavailable in our car-dependent world.
