Pro-Palestinian activists marched across NYC in solidarity with the Palestinian People. This protest, started as a small gathering outside Sunset Park, marched through industry city and the Subway and to Barclays Center. Protestors were heard chanting “Free, Free Palestine.”

As New York City Comptroller and Mayoral Candidate Brand Lander was arrested inside of Federal court in lower Manhattan, protests erupted calling for his release. New York City Councilwoman Jennifer Gutiérrez briefly spoke and advocated for more protests.

06/10/25 NYC - ICE/DHS continued its practice of arresting migrants as they appear for their asylum cases. This short clip captures when one man is escorted in handcuffs inside of federal immigration court. the government’s motion to dismiss his case was denied. DHS went forward Regardless.

JUNE 9th 2025 NYC - NYPD made numerous arrests as Anti ICE protestors showed up outside Federal Plaza to demand the release of protestors and migrants who are being held in custody. Despite the protest remaining peaceful NYPD made the decision to arrest at least two individuals. #NYC #ICEWatch

For a recent job I had to watch hundreds of hours of Fox, InfoWars,and tons of far right influencers who call rumble home. The best part by far was the AI generated dystopian ads that were served to me, usually hocking something related to one conspiracy or the other. That platform is fucked.
i took a deep dive into Rumble, the right wing YouTube. I deleted all my other news sources and watched their “news” nonstop for a week, from dawn to dusk. my brain melted and i felt my worldview shift. (gift link) www.nytimes.com/interactive/...

Met a guy at work tonight who told me that it was his goal every time he went out to get the crowd pumping by taking over the jukebox. He proceeded to play love story by Taylor Swift, and the crowd did indeed get pumped.
