Everyone deserves healthcare regardless of whether or not they can work-leading with that. But the fact of the matter is a lot of people with disabilities *could* be employed if y'all actually bothered to make workplaces more inclusive and accessible 😴

Dear Black people, if we want some of us to be treated with higher standards in society, we have to start holding ourselves to those same standards. When we present ourselves in ways that reinforce negative stereotypes or reflect low expectations, we leave the door open for judgment and ridicule. 👇🏾

What about, she's under contract don't y'all understand??? That lady is going to promote herself and other black owned businesses until her contract is up because Target will sue her for every dime she's earned outside of Target. She has to do what she has to do.
