I’ve had great experiences with black men in the workspace. I was protected and valued for my work. My best supervisor was a white man who gave me an immense amount of freedom and grace. I don’t have anything to be bitter over. This seems like a genz problem

america is a failed country. no way to fix this but to break it up into dozens of smaller places with their own government, though we would need an overarching government managing the smaller ones to facilitate security, trade, and open borders between territories.
