Since I have absolutely no trust in anything the MAGA regime or fascist republicans do, I’m going to assume that whoever they pin the DC Pipe Bombing on is a plant to distract from the many corrupt immoral evil things that they’re currently doing. Maybe it’s just me.

For real though, they started coming over to escape the civil war in the 90's (Black Hawk Down, anyone?). Most of this generation are citizens and the Somali community is a great part of Minnesota. I wish the Orange idiot wasn't in our country.

Place National Guard in harm’s way for no good reason. Two members are tragically and unnecessarily shot. The reckless regime’s response: We’re sending 500 more National Guard troops! What a disgrace.

Exactly. If they weren't deployed to DC like some occupying force, this wouldn't have happened.
Whether this was random street crime or targeted political violence, I think it was bad for the president to unnecessarily put the National Guard in harm’s way like this. They simply don’t need to be there.

I mean, he should really run for President, though he may not want to do that. I always figured if Pete was Kamala's running mate, things may have turned out differently (no hate to Gov Walz, but Pete was a better communicator and closer to the demographic that they needed to win - the younger gen).
Pete Buttigieg would be a good DNC spokesperson.
He would do a GREAT job of going around the country, being on TV all the time, and putting out Dem messaging on EVERY issue.

This was because of Minnesota Care, which provided health insurance to people above the poverty line, but not able to get insurance through an employer, which also required people to pay a monthly fee based on income. ALSO, Emmer (R) would kill this program if given the chance.
Tom Emmer: "Look at Minnesota. Before the ACA, Minnesota had 94% of our citizens covered under some form of insurance. Since the ACA has been passed, they're going to use statistics to say we got more people across the country insured, but they're getting less for the insurance."

I used to think this, but the socialism that I believe in is everyone WORKING together. Some people didn't vote, or they voted for this - you do not have my sympathy. The ones that either did their societal work already or can't - children, those that are disabled, and veterans/military - do though.
Trump won Nebraska by nearly 60%, but they are now standing in foodlines. Many rely on SNAP. No matter what political preference, no one should go hungry.

I mean, if I saw some masked dudes in military gear who aren't easily identifiable, I am calling the local cops and sheriff myself. If they know it is ICE, then I will be asking the mayor and county board why they are cooperating with them; if not, we may get to see a lawless gang taken out.
