Also; 0 percent property tax disproportionately benefits the richest people in the city. Sure; you might get a 50$ a month break on your property but what kind of break are the multimillionaires with multiple properties getting?

I mean I don’t disagree about the second home but I don’t necessarily think keeping an existing home is always greener - some old homes are super inefficient to heat and run. And I’d rather rich people tried to live greener and TRIED for carbon neutrality- so many just don’t give a shit at all.
