Every day I am still flabbergasted by people making choices driven by hatred, even when those choices harm their own interests. It’s definitely troublesome when you realize we can become so consumed by hatred that we will choose self-harm if it means hurting others too.

Correct me if I am wrong here, but a president can’t override a constitutional amendment with executive order, because executive orders are intended to manage operations of the federal government. They must be founded in the Constitution or in powers delegated to the President by Congress.

Zero-sum thinking in leadership creates an artificial scarcity mindset where one person's success must come at another's expense. This approach severely limits a leader's ability to foster collaboration, innovation, and growth.

I see government agencies, utilities and even some news publications using the Weather Channel's name for the winter storm, Enzo. Here's a reminder: that's not an official National Weather Service thing, they don't name winter storms. It's just Weather Channel marketing.
