Figure out what you would need if you were called upon to run out the door to help in a crisis, make a plan for it; pet care, childcare, work, etc. What barriers do you have to acting and are any of them things you can change?

No one can do all of these things, but most people can do some of them.

Figure out who in your area is already doing the work, and help them do it. If you're new to activism, it's probably not the time to try to reinvent the wheel, it's time to help and learn from the people who have been doing this for years.

Fascist graffiti in your area? Go cover it up, bring a friend.
Find a harm reduction group, get narcan trained.
Take a first aid class, a bike repair class, a language class, a self defense class, learn literally any new useful skill.

Join ANY community group you think seems useful. Community garden? Friends of the library? Get in there, build ties, and help shut down fascism as it rises in your area, even if that's just by going "shut up Mark" when some asshole tries to voice their bigotry.
