The local paper has an excellent feature where people send in photos of a dish they made at home & they publish one. I’m thinking of sending in this from our 2nd attempt to make vegan fudge where it just totally adhered to the parchment paper like a cold chocolate limpet. Think they’ll publish it?
An old square brownie pan with a tatter of parchment paper slimed with the clingiest fudge you have ever met. There is a spoon in the pan. I am smiling sheepfacedly & holding up parchment paper with fudge stalactites dripping down from it.

Anyway, here are the ducks of Grey Matter, and here is the drawing, inside, of two people wanted for stealing books. I choose to believe this is an accurate tendering of Edina & Patsy from Ab Fab.
Some of the many, many white ducks in a leafy vine-covered wire enclosure. They have a little plastic swimming pool and they are cackling menacingly and loudly. A child’s drawing in yellow & red marker of two women, very pointy. Necks are long, nose is a capital U. Arms and legs are short. Clothes look like Lego blocks. A large X is drawn across them. These women are book thieves!

The Snoot Snootsby
