I do stand up comedy. I own a comedy club. I blog about 80s music. I teach law and philosophy. And I have a day job you probably know me from, but this account ain’t for that.
I’m looking forward to this show Friday at the Comic Sutra. These are three comics I love for their great writing and unique delivery. This was one of the shows I was most excited to book.

Really proud of the all-New Brunswick lineup for our 2nd season at the Comic Sutra Comedy Club. Thirty shows, 70 comedians….all New Brunswick.

My opinion is somewhat biased as a co-owner of the club, but I am quite proud of this lineup of shows at the Comic Sutra Comedy Club.

Means certain things are carved in stone….
Who we are, what we’ll do
And what we won’t”

Forty years after “The Breakfast Club” enchanted young Gen Xers like me, the cast had a reunion. I accept that they’ve aged. We all have. But it’s weird that Anthony Michael Hall now could clearly kick Judd Nelson’s ass, isn’t it?

In similar news, I’m starting to think this might not be the Vancouver Canucks’ year to win it all.

It must be very reassuring to Americans that, having provoked a crisis for no obvious reason, their president has the same strategic plan that Yosemite Sam attempted in the 1950 short “Bunker Hill Bunny”.

Laughed at the City’s V-Day cards, but I have an alternate take:

Are you a roundabout? Because you’re all over the place and 90% of people I know find you confusing and unpredictable.

So glad that the tariff war ended before it ruined all my big romantic Valentines Day plans.

And yes, here’s the marked post for the skeptics.

Back on Inauguration Day, I posted this prediction of how the tariff thing would play out. Not that Trump is dumb and predictable, but….

Waiting for a “law and order” candidate to call for the mass deportation of Jan. 6th rioters, since those pardoned now have a proportionately higher crime rate in a week than immigrants ever have.

Really pumped for this week’s Cheap Laughs Thursday at the Comic Sutra Comedy Lounge. Just a whole lineup of comedic masters.
