Instead of truly educating students, that system has just been cranking out trained idiots (performing monkeys if you will), having almost zero ability to carry out any amount of critical thinking, for decades.

Several things contribute to our apparent collective stupidity and a big one is what I think of as the industrialization of our public schools, (which is to say the failure of the government to streamline primary education) so that it functions like an assembly line to crank out educated people...

Well, I can see how it might look that way to those outside my country, but it's not nearly as simplistic as you're implying. I have done a lot of investigating to figure out wtf happened to cause far too many of us to lack proper comprehension of our constitution including why it exists.

Also, given the levels of extreme and extremely visible corruption that this administration/regime engages in, and admits to doing with every accusation they level at their so-called "enemies", it's not at all far-fetched to believe that the regime came into power via rigging the election. 3/3

Thus, "we the people" is absolutely not responsible. Only the Trump administration/regime is. The American people are no more responsible for being conned by a masterful conartist than a domestic violence victim is responsible for their abuser's actions against them...2/3

Sometimes I feel like this is true, but, then I realize that "we the people" are doing all that we can to stop it, bit it's not enough. The reality is that the American people had/has no viable means of preventing or stopping what this gov administration/regime is carrying out...1/3
