Sometimes I really do love living in a small city... Twice this week my husband and I went to the movies and both times we were the only ones in the theatre lol

Built these wooden trellises yesterday for about $20 each! The plan is to paint them but I can't decide between pink, purple, or orange 🤔

One of my long-awaited house projects is finally started: Removing these bulky (and unbelievably heavy) cast iron radiators!! The nuts/screws were so rusted we couldn't get them to budge, so we ended up buying a Craftsman reciprocating saw to cut through the pipes. One down, six more to go!

Today is Little Debbie's birthday, she's 14 years old!
Debbie is the oldest of my fur babies, she's been with me almost half my life.
She loves tuna and salmon, and going for bike rides, and for strolls through our garden. She's the best ❤️❤️

14 years ago my friend didn't have cable, so I held a disco ball on his coffee table and slowly lowered it at everyone watched. I've done that almost every year since then.
Last night, dressed as our Lord and Savior, Elphaba, I did the same.

Lil Deb has been my best pal since September 2011 when I scooped her off the streets of Plattsburgh, NY. She was skinny and had fleas, and she immediately shit on the floor in our living room ❤️❤️
