it honestly wasn't even about engagement, i just started spending way less time on social media once i started being more busy with work and partners and local stuff lol

and the hours i do have left got shifted to later in the day, despite the fact that what i do is largely dependent on me starting earlier before we open, so now i basically can't actually *do* my job and upper management is for sure gonna use it as an excuse to fire me

gonna have to give them a crash course on cover letters or something smh
