Bless Your Heart. The older I get the more progressive I become. Bernie is right, we need to focus on the issues that make lives better. Tikkun Olam - let’s make the world a better place. No patience for the cruelty of the other side.

I’m right there with you. I’ve been toying with the idea of leaving the party for years, and I’m finally gonna take the leap. I’m leaning toward DSA or the working families party. I need to be with people who really believe in what they’re fighting for.

Frightening. You’re so tight. This is a clear sign of how bad things are going to be.

Also, instead of decrying the pardon Dems should be encouraging the president to give blanket parsons to the following as a big FU.
-Jack Smith & his entire team
- the impeachment teams, including Liz Cheney, Adam Kinzinger, Adam Schiff et al
- all judges & prosecutors, Marchan, Willis, James et al

racist, sexist, narcissist. Not saying it’s right, but what’s that definition of insanity?

I’m hoping the Dems learn that their commitment to incrementalism is the main reason they lost. Bernie was sounding the alarm for decades. Please watch Bernie circa 2003 predict what would happen. 🧵/5

Maybe voters stopped believing Dems who claimed to be party of the people but did the bare minimum and always seems to struggle to get shit done. Maybe they decided to try the other side who has no problem doing whatever it takes to ram through their policies, even if it means aligning with a 🧵/4

totally ignoring & trying to silence people like Bernie who were trying to sound the alarm for DECADES. And now they wring their hands saying, “How could this have happened?” Well, just maybe we ignored the urgency of what needed to be done. Minimum wage is STILL $7.25 an hour. Think about that. 🧵/3

Sure there were SOME progressive things Biden & Obama did, but it was just enough to temporarily placate those reliable voting blocs until the next election but not offend the elite. They pretend to be the party of the working/middle class, minorities, and women w/the higher moral ground, 🧵/2
