Haha. We lucked out with 5 tomato plants last year. The stalks were huge and the plants were almost as tall as me(5’4”). Wife was overjoyed with it. Perhaps I’ll post pics of the garden progress

I’ve successfully cemented myself as “important”. It’s hard to replace the skill set I’ve developed over the last ten years

Mind you I get a whole 3 personal days per year that don’t roll over. I get 15 days of vacation. The fact that I can get a mark in my employee file for using time is that I’ve earned just…. Pisses me off.

It just rubs me the wrong way. I give work my all and they put out a notice about stuff like this because they don’t like having a “high” absenteeism rate

Hell, I have to fight to just get one day off because of my skill set and knowledge.

The problem is that workplace politics determines how much use is too much.
