Hey, Authors: If possible, get yourself an online store to sell your books direct to readers! I just opened my store on Etsy less than two weeks ago and am already having to order MORE books for signing because I don't want to be in danger of selling out.

I'm not doing an annual book goal this year. I am doing a pages goal so that gives me freedom to DNF my shit. I hate that I can't lock down my account because I feel I can't be honest about the books I DNF.

Own it. Love this.
My goal for my business is to make 10,000 a year in revenue. And once I hit that I will worry about getting a profit. I have yet to make that in the six years I have been in this space but one day I will smash that goal and it will be glorious.
