Mini #solar #homegeneration report. I don’t think I’ve seen worse day ever.

October #solar #homegeneration report. Not a great month. Our 4.86kwp system produced only 226kwh which is well down on all previous years. Most of the rest of the year had been fantastic though so not so bad. Starting to rely on the overnight charged battery for our main use.

My new GTI cabrio. After a 30 year wait I’m back behind the wheel (fun days) of a Golf. It’s smelly, powerless, expensive. Just like the olden days.

This account just followed me. I dunno, doesn’t seem legit that a real journo would follow me within 8hrs of signing up. #spotthescammer

September #solar generation summary. 458kwh this month, better than both previous years. Saved by a few sunnier days towards the end of the month. £53 import (mainly off peak) £36 export. Gas was £22 ish. Things are going to get more expensive from now as the heating goes on and days shorten. 2EVs!

#solar home generation report for our 4.86kwp system. August didn’t really have lots of full sun days but nevertheless beat previous years. Back to me owing monthly. Had a few more trips to the office this month which would account for the extra.

This joint/interface whatever you want to call it here does my head in. It’s no better in the flesh in the EV4

Geraniums covered with bees. The guy up the road charges £10 a jar for honey. Raw ingredients come from my garden 😅

July #solarenergy report, 4.86kwp system. Started well, generation tailed off towards the end of the month. Imported more than exported BUT that was all off peak charging the home battery and 2 EVs. Export payment was around £5 more than consumed. Gas is about £20 this time of year.

I’m going to have to delete that post. And trim it. Sorry.

Our parish council recently acquired one of these little beauties to go along with their fairly aged Rascal pickup. I think it's great.

This may be only a wee dink (reversed in to a skip ffs) but I can imagine that after the scam of fleet car insurance/repair they will probably replace the entire tailgate under insurance. I’ll keep you posted.

I’m looking to when my lease expires and I get a new EV. I’m currently obsessed with this. And yes. In Orange.

Lucky. I only have 2 pinks. If you put your finger on each bar it’ll tell you what each is.

Not done a #solar graph for a while so here are today’s stats. 4.86kwp system. Bit lumpy in the morning, nice clear sky this afternoon. 👍

The old iPhone 1 still boots. Includes BBC News headlines from a while ago.

We did ok for our relatively small 4.86kwp system. About the same as May. Includes running 2EVs too
