Ooh that puts ours to shame! We’ve been here 18 months; first year we left it alone, now we’re clearing and re-planting the fernery at the top (not the actual ferns, they’re gorgeous)

Honestly it’s probably just shoddy building. Flat roofs everywhere on the extensions and they just pour out heat. You can see the issue just by looking!
