Just over 5 weeks post suspected stroke/TIA I got back to run a 10km at a reasonable pace. Moving in the right direction and hopefully restarting my half marathon block next week #running #Runna #chester #run

After over 3 weeks unable to run as planned with a painful and tender achilles, it felt unbelievably good to get back out this morning. Took it gently as it’s only 90% healed but it felt ok #running #runna #run #Chester
