I think so? If it helps, the person who mighty have been you was walking down the hill past the student flats just past the Regent in Abbeyhill. And I was walking this idiot, he's a lot more memorable than I am.

This is Murphy, the second best dog. He's only 16 weeks old and so is a bit excitable, even by Spaniel standards. He is also super soft and will roll over for belly rubs

I have spent the day combating the tedium of a quiet day working in retail by continuing my read through of Grant Morrison's Doom PAtrol, starting in on book 3 of the collected editions. Wonderful stuff, albeit very much of it's time.

Making a prop servo-skull as a project. MAnaged to get this to flash up as random colours, pattern and duration. Not exactly rocket surgery, but as my first Arduino project and the only coding I've done since the late 90s, I'm very happy.

I'm reading Grant Morrison's Animal Man for the first time and frankly, it's bloody great. I knew it's reputation as the weird book where Morrison goes a bit funny and breaks the 4th wall. What I wasn't expecting was an examination of grief and how it changes a person.

I swear, the only thing keeping this old girl going is the knowledge that she outlived one dog and the determination to do it twice.

I assume @wilcornish.bsky.social is doing their annual Lego Star Wars advent calendar posting. So instead I got the Lego Spider-Man one for myself.
Day one. Pizza time!

Sidney has never been out in the snow before. He very much enjoyed it, although catching snow balls is very confusing.
