GREAT NEWS.

Trump's Texas gerrymander of 5 Congressional seats knocked down.

Trump-appointed judge says "Substantial evidence shows that Texas racially gerrymandered the 2025 Map."

Orders Texas midterms proceed under prior maps.

Federal court blocks new Texas congressional map for 2026
The decision is a major blow for Republicans, in Texas and nationally, who pushed through this unusual mid-decade redistricting at the behest of President Donald Trump.

Beto Rocks! 🤘🏽

VOTE!
Spent the whole day registering voters, recruiting volunteers, answering questions, and asking to stay in touch with our fellow Texans.

It's tough, challenging work. But it's exactly what we need to be doing if we are going to win power in one of the most voter-suppressed states in America.

In 2018, we swung McLennan County by 22 points from the last Senate race. We did it by showing up again and again, organizing on the ground, building a volunteer army, turning out first time voters, and working with local candidates.

Spent the afternoon talking to Texans in Brazos County, which voted for Trump by 25 points. Conventional wisdom says they’re “too red” but we aren’t about to write them off. The only way we can win elections is by being with those who will decide their outcomes.

At Powered by People, we’re focused on winning power by meeting people where they’re at. That means recruiting candidates for every position and building a community of volunteers so we can register new Democratic voters, get them on the rolls, and turn them out to power victories across Texas.

Hundreds of people came out last night in Fort Worth to support Taylor Rehmet’s (Nov. 4) special election campaign for TX Senate District 9.

More than 80 of them signed up for block walk shifts and more than a dozen told us they’re open to running for places on the ballot in Tarrant County in 2026.

Have to wonder if there’s some money involved in this matter — from the King’s personal funds.

After all, now that he’s lost everything, what’s stopping Andrew from writing a juicy tell-all?

The only things keeping him in line since the Queen died have been Royal Lodge and his titles.
BREAKING

Prince Andrew will no longer be a Prince of the United Kingdom.

In an extraordinary move, Buckingham Palace has announced that the King is stripping him of that style.

Presumably, he will now be known as Andrew Windsor.

The Palace also stated he has been ordered to leave Royal Lodge.

The major takeaway of the hearing seems to be this:

Judge Perry's temporary restraining order against National Guard deployment in Illinois now has a shelf life that continues until the case is fully decided in her courtroom.

EXCEPT, the Supreme Court could still intervene. At any moment.
U.S. District Judge April Perry is back on the bench in Illinois v. Trump, over deployment of the National Guard.

This is a continuation of an earlier hearing, in which she discussed with lawyers how the case should move forward while we wait for SCOTUS.
We're back in Judge Perry's courtroom, waiting for everyone to reconvene in Illinois v. Trump.

The hearing is set to begin at 3 p.m. CT.
