I am disabled. Under the current system, we've *barely* cobbled together the ability to survive.
I live on approx $10k a year. Yes, really.
SSI, SSDI, SNAP & Medicare are keeping me alive.
Without them, I & my severely disabled child will *die*.
But, hey, the price of eggs, amirite?
