Like idk, but I remember still just 3 years ago DeepL was absolutely the best at translating even whole articles and now I feel like I can’t no longer count on it.

However, when I directly translate certain idioms or specific German expressions it shows me something completely wrong and unnatural and then the whole sentence makes no sense. So I just google it look up definitions & examples and my suspicion is proven right, the translation is completely wrong.
