Bragging he doesn’t have control of his caucus as leader. Great.

also like...clearing 50% in a three-way race seems pretty good? especially where his main opponent was a member of his same party?

It’s a dumb law and no one should be prosecuted but “why won’t Mamdani voters post evidence of a crime on the internet?” is a question that answers itself
November 4, 2025 at 3:09 AM
Pretty funny that that person is complaining about Mamdani voters not voting straight D on the ballot [citation needed] but of course it’s fine when they don’t vote straight D on tomorrow’s ballot by voting for Cuomo - I

It’s far more likely that people are incorrectly identifying the regulatory scheme attached to their apartments. Understandably common in the labyrinth of NYC.

The headline just says "Dodger"
September 19, 2025 at 5:33 PM

Depending on household size, $180k household income easily qualifies for lots of income restricted units in NYC: housingconnect.nyc.gov/PublicWeb/se...

Hard to say that households that qualify for affordable housing are "wealthy" imo.

I’m a tenant attorney in NYC and easily less than a quarter of my clients even have a guess about the regulatory status of their apartments.
