The @ranchogordo.bsky.social store is so delightful, and full of new finds. I can’t wait to try out the mini chickpeas! In the meantime, I just made the most delicious salad out of Alubia Blanca beans with fennel, cherry tomatoes, and arugula. Highly recommend!
