Happy for you. As a UConn fan, when we went to D1 years ago, IU was who they brought in for the home opener as an easy W while still being a school that’d have name recognition. Really cool to see how far they’ve come. Rooting for them to win it all.

I get a free one with every oil change and I drive a lot for work so the 4-5 a year I do is enough for me. They’re trying to get me to pay for what works out math wise to like 4-5 a month. It’s bonkers.

The only experience I can remember something similar to this as a customer service experience was a car wash of all things. No, I don’t want the goddamn monthly membership!

Agree. Also surprised. I didn’t think the first one was as bad as Roy specifically made it out to be. That was just jockeying for position gone wrong. But if you’ve been slapped for that one, you can’t possibly do the hit last night. That was just “I don’t care if it’s between the numbers.”
