What happens when you have vaccines that eliminate death from preventable disease? You have a population that has the luxury of aging and possibly developing chronic disease, that does not mean that vaccines cause chronic disease.

Will state sales tax be calculated on the pre tariff price or will we pay sales taxes on the tariff as well? That would mean an even bigger increase for those of us with state and local sales taxes.
